This where you can manage your cards, view your card balances, view recent transactions and report lost or stolen cards.

You can also manage your card via SMS text message, or via the telephone.

To contact us by phone call 0845 2003778 or +44 0203 059 1207 from outside the UK. Local rate call charges apply from UK landlines.

To use the SMS text service send your texts from your registered mobile phone to 60777. Send CARD BAL to check your balance, CARD TRX to check recent transactions, CARD STOP LOST to report the card lost or CARD STOP STOLEN to report the card stolen. Charges may apply and you may incur additional charges from your network for using the SMS service.
