You can also manage your card via SMS text message, or via the telephone.

To use the SMS text service send your texts from your registered mobile phone to +44 7786 200690. Send CARD BAL to check your balance, CARD TRX to check recent transactions, CARD STOP LOST to report the card lost or CARD STOP STOLEN to report the card stolen.
