We are committed to ensuring our website works with all preferred technologies, including making our site accessible if you are visually impaired. By anonymously monitoring browsers, operating systems and screen solutions we see how they change over time allowing us to adapt and adjust our website to ensure it’s simple and easy to use.
my Travel Cash can be viewed on a range of different screen sizes and the size of text can be changed to suit different people. We have also included a search facility and sitemap to help people find information more easily.

In addition to this many browsers allow you to remove layout and styling by turning off the website style sheets. If your browser supports this you should find it in the Settings or Options menu.
Web standards and technologies
This website has been built to conform to W3C standards for HTML and CSS. These technologies are relied upon throughout the site. The site displays correctly in all popular web browsers, and will still continue to work in older browsers.
In addition this website uses JavaScript, Flash and PDFs. These technologies are not relied upon and the website works well without them.
How to listen to my Travel Cash
Some operating systems also have built-in accessibility features that can read text aloud, or magnify parts of the screen. If you have your own screen reading software you should find it works well on our website. We suggest if your software has a ‘forms mode’, that you do not turn it on.
Speed of our website
We recognise that a fast website is important to you and we work hard to make the site as fast as possible, but there can be factors which impact the response speed which are outside our control. They include the performance of your Internet Service Provider, your connection speed and the amount of traffic on the Internet at the time.
