Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to this prize draw:

1. To be eligible for entry into this draw you need to order a my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Card and load it with £250 or more and/or top up your existing my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Card with £250 or more and complete the online entry form between 12:00PM BST 1 May 2015 and 12:00PM BST 30 June 2015. The email address entered in the form must match the email address registered to your my Travel Cash Card or the entry will be invalid.
2. As long as you have completed the online entry form once, you will be entered into the prize draw each time you subsequently top up the same my Travel Cash Card with £250 or more in one transaction.
3. Entrants must be residents of England, Wales or Scotland and at least 18 years of age, and not employees of MasterCard, my Travel Cash or WEX Europe, associated companies, their dependants, or relatives or anyone else connected with the promotion.
4. Entry is free when top up your existing or newly ordered by Travel Cash Cad with a minimum of £250 and complete the online entry form.
5. The draw closes for entries at 12:00PM BST on Tuesday 30 June 2015.
6. A winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by 17:00PM BST on Friday 10 July 2015.
7. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is only applicable to my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Cards, and cannot be redeemed in any other form whatsoever.
8. The winner will be notified by email by Tuesday 14 July 2015. The winner will have 28 working days from first being contacted to acknowledge the prize and confirm by email that they wish to accept the prize. Failure to do this may result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner without liability to the winner. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner will receive £200 or equivalent amount in alternative currency (using the relevant my Travel Cash foreign currency rate) loaded onto the winner’s existing my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Card. If the winner holds more than 1 my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard the winner will be contacted via email to arrange which card to have this prize loaded onto. If the winner wishes to have the prize on a my Travel Cash Card of a different currency to existing card(s) held the winner will need to complete an application form and undergo electronic ID checks to verify eligibility for the new my Travel Cash Card.
10. It is a condition of entry that winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense. This will include consenting to non-personally identifiable information about the winner being disclosed in communications from my Travel Cash to its customers.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose these terms and conditions and/or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
12. To the fullest extent possible in law, neither the Promoter nor any other agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this promotion.
