Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to this promotion:

1. To be eligible for entry into this draw you need to like or already like the my Travel Cash page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/myTravelCash) and explain what your favourite holiday destination is on one of the competition posts one of the competition posts from my Travel Cash for this competition between 12.00am GMT on 20 November 2015 and 23.59pm GMT on 22 November 2015 OR To be eligible for entry into this draw you need to follow or already follow our @myTravelCash profile on Twitter (https://twitter.com/myTravelCash) and tweet what your favourite holiday destination is to @myTravelCash for this competition between 12.00am GMT on 20 November 2015 and 23.59pm GMT on 22 November 2015.
2. Only one entry per person will be accepted into the draw.
3. Entrants must be residents of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland and at least 18 years of age, and not employees of MasterCard, JAMpr, my Travel Cash or WEX Europe, associated companies, their dependants, or relatives or anyone else connected with the promotion.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. The draw closes for entries at 23.59pm GMT on 22 November 2015.
6. A winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by 18.00pm GMT on Monday 23 November 2015.
7. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is only applicable to my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Cards, and cannot be redeemed in any other form whatsoever.
8. The winner will be notified via Facebook and Twitter by Monday 23 November 2015. my Travel Cash will request that the winner sends a direct message that includes their full name, postal address, and email address.
9. The winner will have 28 days from first being contacted to acknowledge the prize and confirm that they wish to accept the prize. Failure to do this may result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner without liability to the winner. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will receive £25 or equivalent amount in alternative currency (using the relevant my Travel Cash foreign currency rate) loaded onto a my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Card. If the winner holds more than 1 my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard then the winner will be contacted via email to arrange which card currency to have this prize loaded onto. If the winner wishes to have the prize on a my Travel Cash Card of a different currency to an existing card(s) held or does not hold a my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard the winner will need to complete an application form and undergo electronic ID checks to verify eligibility for this card.
11. The winner should allow up to 28 working days to receive the prize.
12. It is a condition of entry that winners agree to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense. This will include consenting to non-personally identifiable information about the winner being disclosed in communications from my Travel Cash to its customers.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose these terms and conditions and/or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
14. To the fullest extent possible in law, neither the Promoter nor any other agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this promotion.
