1. Who we are
(a) This service is provided by WEX Europe Services Ltd, company number 6642838, of 66 Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UD (“we” or “us”) which is owned and operated by WEX Europe Limited. We provide an online currency home delivery service to customers who place orders for foreign currency (“you”). (b) We are registered as a money service business with HM Revenue and Customs, Money Laundering Registration Number: 12675766.
2. Our service – placing an order
(a) See our website for a list of the currencies available and instructions on placing your order.
(b) To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom. You will need to provide certain information about you to us, including (but not limited to) your address, email and telephone contact details. We may, at our discretion require further information from you so that we can verify who you are and where you live and so that we may process your order. We are required to this to comply with our legal obligations.
(c) All orders are subject to a minimum amount of £100 and a maximum amount of £2,500. We can only accept orders from any one customer to a maximum value of £5,000 in any 7 day period.
(d) We accept payments for foreign currency by MasterCard®, Visa, Visa Debit and Maestro. Your card must be registered to the same address as your order delivery address. When you request an order, we will notify you of our delivery fees and the applicable foreign exchange rate in our online order quote. The foreign exchange rate applied will be that advertised on the date and time of your order. Foreign exchange rates continually fluctuate, this rate may vary from the time you receive your online quote and time you confirm your order. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If the payment request is refused by your card issuer then your order will not be processed.
(e) By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you will be bound by these terms and conditions of service.
(f) An order confirmation and dispatch notice together with your order reference number will be emailed to you once we have approved your order and sent it for dispatch to Royal Mail. Keep this information to hand, as you will need to provide it to us if you have any queries in relation to your order.
(g) All orders placed by 2pm with us shall be processed for delivery the next working day using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. A signature will be required on delivery of all orders. Deliveries will only be made on Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). Deliveries on a Saturday can be made upon payment of an additional fee. (h) All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees next working day delivery before 1.00pm but to ensure you receive your order in time, you should select a delivery date at least 3 working days prior to you requiring it. You should take into account any weekend or bank holiday(s) beforehand. We shall not be responsible for any loss or expenses you experience as a result of a late or non delivery of your order by Royal Mail. Where a delivery is confirmed missing by Royal Mail we will assist you in seeking a refund or resend.
3. Amending or cancelling your order
(a) If you wish to amend your order in any way you must contact Customer Services immediately. We will use all reasonable endeavours to amend your order, however we cannot guarantee such changes will be made and accept no liability if we cannot accommodate them. Any changes will be subject to the applicable foreign exchange rate published on our website at that time.
(b) You may cancel an order at least 1 working day before your order is dispatched, for example, for a delivery due on Wednesday we must receive notice of cancellation by 12pm on Tuesday and for a delivery on Monday, we must receive notice by 12pm on Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders made after such time. All cancellations must be made by contacting Customer Services. You will be asked to provide your order reference number. An administration fee of £20 will be charged for all cancellations, see our website for details. Your order will be subject to the foreign exchange rate applied on the date of cancellation which may be different to the rate given on the date of your order, as such rates constantly fluctuate. No refund will be made for any fees charged by your card issuer.
(c) Should any order be cancelled before being processed, your card issuer may suspend the associated funds for up to 10 days before releasing them back into your account. Please be advised that this is beyond our control. As such, we accept no liability for such actions.
(d) Should you fail to accept delivery of your order it will be returned to us and we will issue you a refund at the exchange rate prevailing at that time. An administration fee of £20 will also be charged, see our website for details.
(a) We will use all reasonable care in providing our service to you. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason, including without limitation, we believe the order is connected in any manner to any unlawful or illegal purpose.
(b) We will not be responsible to you if we are unable to perform any of our obligations to you as a result of;
(i) any technical failure relating to our website resulting in a delay or inability to use our website or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control; or
(ii) any failures by our third party service providers including, but not limited to Royal Mail
(c) We may decline or refuse to process any order if we;
(i) have any reason to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering; or
(ii) are required to do so on instruction of any law enforcement agency or supervisory body. In such circumstances we may be required to retain your money until directed otherwise by such agency or body.
(d) Our maximum liability to you in respect of an order placed by you shall be to refund any monies paid by you to Cpay Financial Ltd. We shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any claims or damages that you may suffer in respect of the service we provide this will include (though not be limited to) any cash advance fees charged by your card issuer.
(e)It is the responsibility of the signatory for the delivery to check the contents before signing to ensure that the amount delivered is correct. On signature of the delivery you are deemed to have accepted the delivery and Cpay Financial Ltd will accept no further liability.
5. Data Protection
(a) We are the data controller of the personal information given to us by you in connection with our service and as part of using our website. We use third parties to process personal data on our behalf. We will use the information you provide to fulfil your order and to deal with any enquiries you have about it.
(c) We may check the information you have provided to us with fraud prevention agencies and other organisations and we may get information about your from credit reference agencies to verify your identity. A record of such enquiry may be left on your file. If we suspect you have provided false or inaccurate information we may record our suspicion and we may pass it on to fraud prevention agencies.
(d) Your personal information will not be shared with any third party save for those that require it to fulfil our service to you.

(a) All intellectual property rights including any material posted on our website including any articles, trade marks, logos and images are owned or used under licence by us. The material contained in our website must not be copied or used for commercial purposes. Your use of our website is to enable you to access our online currency home delivery service only. Any links to third party websites are provided for information only. We have no control over the information contained in such third party websites and we do not take any responsibility for such content.
(b) Any person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term in it.
(c) If any of these terms are deemed to be unenforceable or illegal, such term shall be considered to be removed and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
(d) These terms and conditions may not be transferred by you to a third party; however we shall have the right to transfer them to another party at any time.
(e) Any delay or failure by us to exercise our rights under these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver by us of such right.
(f) We reserve the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Each time you intend to use our service, please check our website to ensure you have the latest version.
(g) English law applies to these terms and conditions and all legal proceedings shall be dealt in the courts of England and Wales. All dealings relating to this service shall be carried on in English.
