Board of Directors

Manoj Badale, Managing Partner, Blenheim Chalcot

Manoj Badale is the co-founder of the netdecisions group, and now managing partner of Blenheim Chalcot, the investment company that actively manages a portfolio of investments, in which he and his partner have built significant stakes. Typically, these businesses are innovative leaders in fast growth markets within technology, financial services and media. He was formerly a partner at Monitor Company, where he spent significant time in the UK, Europe and India and is a graduate from Cambridge University.

Myles Stephenson, CEO

CorporatePay has been founded by Myles Stephenson.  Myles has extensive experience of the payment card market including 7 years with Retail Decisions. Myles’ most recent role, as Strategic Development Director, included creating the business plans, leading investments and developing a number of new businesses including Mi-Pay (a mobile payments business) and subsequently managing these investments by representing Retail Decisions as a Non-Executive Director.  Previous roles at Retail Decisions included managing the development of a portfolio of payment services including industry leading fraud prevention services and leading client relationships across retail, petroleum, financial service and travel industries.

Prior to Retail Decisions Myles worked for Marks & Spencer performing a number of financial management roles which included the financial and operational management as well as systems management for business units with turnovers in excess of £30m and more than 150 staff as well as launching the Marks & Spencer store card in The Republic of Ireland. Myles is a graduate of Christ Church, Oxford University.

Ron Reynolds, CFO

Ron is responsible for managing the Financial and Commercial affairs of CorporatePay’s business, including but not limited to fiscal management, financial governance and commercial relationships entered into.

Ron’s experience includes being a Client Director for Finance & Accounting Sector ofXansa Plc and being the CFO of NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Ltd (the first ever UK public/private partnership with the Department of Health which included innovations such as instituting the 1st independent SAS 70 Operational compliance environment for Shared Services in any UK Government environment as well as establishing a £34M banking facility with RBS).

Ron’s previous roles included being the CFO of Xansa North America (New York City & Houston, TX), Director of Finance at CSC Healthcare, along with various roles as a Finance & Analytical Specialist at GE Money, (GE) where he simultaneously graduated with honours from GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP); widely recognised to be the premier Leadership program of its kind for Corporate Financial training. Ron holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management; Northwestern University, Chicago, IL.
