How to Enter

1. 3 draws will take place, to enter each draw you need to order a my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Card or top up your existing my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Card (minimum loads apply as set out in the product terms and conditions):
   • a. June draw: between 12.00am BST on 1 June 2013 and 11.59pm BST on 30 June 2013.
   • b. July draw: between 12.00am BST on 1 July 2013 to 11.59pm BST on 31 July 2013.
   • c. August draw: between 12.00 am BST on 1 August 2013 to 11.59pm BST on 31 August 2013.
2. Only one entry per person will be accepted into each of the 3 draws.
3. Entrants must be UK residents and at least 18 years of age, and not employees of MasterCard, my Travel Cash or CorporatePay, Monarch Airlines, associated companies, their dependants, or relatives or anyone else connected with the promotion.
4. Entry is free when you order or top up your existing my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Card (minimum loads apply).

The Draw & Prizes

5. The draw closes for entries at the following times:
   • a. June draw: 11.59pm BST on Sunday 30 June 2013.
   • b. July draw: 11.59pm BST on Wednesday 31 July 2013.
   • c. August draw: 11.59pm on BST Saturday 31 August 2013.
6. For each of the draw 1 winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email by:
   • a. June draw: Thursday 4 July 2013.
   • b. July draw: Thursday 8 August 2013.
   • c. August draw: Thursday 5 September 2013.
7. After each draw the winner will have 5 working days from first being contacted to acknowledge the prize and confirm that they wish to accept the prize. Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion without liability to the winner. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. Each of the 3 winners will receive 2 prizes – a pair of return flights to a sun destination in June, a city destination in July or a ski destination in August with Monarch Airlines plus £300 or equivalent loaded onto their existing my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Card.
10. About the £300 prize:
    • a. The winners will receive £300 or equivalent loaded onto their existing my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard Card. If a winner holds more than 1 my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard the winner will be contacted via email to arrange which card to have this prize loaded onto.
    • b. The prize is only applicable to my Travel Cash’s Prepaid MasterCard Cards, and cannot be redeemed as cash or in any other form.
11. About the flights prize:
    • a. June prize – sun destinations
      • i. The prize is valid for travel between 1 June 2013 and 31 October 2013 as indicated on the voucher which will be sent to you by post. Under no circumstances will the validity of this voucher be extended.
      • ii. Flights are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. Flights cannot be taken during school and bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter.
      • iii. The flights are to be used only on Monarch scheduled services to Spain (Malaga, Alicante, Almeria), Balearics (Majorca, Menorca, Ibiza), Canaries (Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura), Gibraltar, France (Bordeaux, Nice), Greece (Crete, Corfu), Turkey (Bodrum, Dalaman, Antalya), Cyprus (Larnaca, Paphos), Croatia (Dubrovnik, Split), Portugal (Faro, Madeira), Malta or Egypt.
      • iv. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the registered prize winner.
      • v. The flights may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or other similar event.
      • vi. No cash alternative is available.
      • vii. Prize winners are responsible for paying for each piece of hold baggage taken. Baggage will be charged between £9.99 and £19.99 per bag per one way flight (dependent on route) and the number of bags must be advised at the time of booking the prize flights - a fee of £50 per bag per one way flight will be charged if paying at the airport. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken free of charge with total dimensions not exceeding 56cm x 45cm x 25cm.
      • viii. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats, extra-legroom seats, the carriage of golf clubs, sports equipment, hold/checked-in baggage and excess baggage and credit card booking fees).
    • b. July prize – city destinations
      • i. The prize is valid for travel between 1 September 2013 and 31 October 2013 as indicated on the voucher which will be sent to you by post. Under no circumstances will the validity of this voucher be extended.
      • ii. Flights are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. Flights cannot be taken during school and bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter.
      • iii. The flights are to be used only on Monarch scheduled services to Barcelona, Rome, Venice or Verona.
      • iv. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the registered prize winner.
      • v. The flights may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or other similar event.
      • vi. No cash alternative is available.
      • vii. Prize winners are responsible for paying for each piece of hold baggage taken. Baggage will be charged between £9.99 and £19.99 per bag per one way flight (dependent on route) and the number of bags must be advised at the time of booking the prize flights - a fee of £50 per bag per one way flight will be charged if paying at the airport. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken free of charge with total dimensions not exceeding 56cm x 45cm x 25cm.
      • viii. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats, extra-legroom seats, the carriage of golf clubs, sports equipment, hold/checked-in baggage and excess baggage and credit card booking fees).
    • c. August prize – ski destinations
      • i. The prize is valid for travel between 1 November 2013 and 28 February 2013 as indicated on the voucher which will be sent to you by post. Under no circumstances will the validity of this voucher be extended.
      • ii. Flights are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. Flights cannot be taken during school and bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter.
      • iii. The flights are to be used only on Monarch scheduled services to The Alps (Friedrichshafen, Munich, Grenoble or Verona).
      • iv. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the registered prize winner.
      • v. The flights may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or other similar event.
      • vi. No cash alternative is available.
      • vii. Prize winners are responsible for paying for each piece of hold baggage taken. Baggage will be charged between £9.99 and £19.99 per bag per one way flight (dependent on route) and the number of bags must be advised at the time of booking the prize flights - a fee of £50 per bag per one way flight will be charged if paying at the airport. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken free of charge with total dimensions not exceeding 56cm x 45cm x 25cm.
      • viii. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats, extra-legroom seats, the carriage of golf clubs, sports equipment, hold/checked-in baggage and excess baggage and credit card booking fees).
12. It is a condition of entry that winners agree to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense. This will include consenting to non-personally identifiable information about the winner being disclosed in communications from my Travel Cash to its customers.

General

13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose these terms and conditions and/or the promotion without prior notice.
14. To the fullest extent possible in law, neither the Promoter nor any other agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this promotion.
