  1. How do I know my payment details are secure?

    We take the security of your personal information very seriously. To ensure your payments are secure and your details remain confidential all transactions on our site are 128-bit encypted. Also, we are an ISIS (Internet Shopping Is Safe) accredited retailer and support the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode programmes, which offer a greater degree of security for online transactions.

  2. Will my personal details be used for anything other than processing my order?

    No we do not share your personal information with other companies. CorporatePay Limited (our parent company) complies with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

  3. I haven't received my email confirmation, what should I do?

    If you have completed your order but not received an email confirmation then please do the following:

    Check your spam or junk email folder.

  4. What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

    If your order does not arrive then you should contact customer services using either using the feedback form or by calling 0845 867 6496. Please check delivery information if you are unsure how long your order should take to be delivered as delivery times vary by product.

  5. When is the Customer Service Centre open?

    Our Customer Services are open:
    Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays): 9 am to 5 pm UK time.

  6. What happens if I want my order to be delivered to a different address from my card billing address?

    Orders can only be delivered to your payment card address (the address at which the card you are using to pay for your order is registered to).
