Accessing your account

Once you have activated your card you can log in to your account. To log in to your account click here. You will need your:

• 12 digit username
• date of birth
• 6 digit passcode

Once you have logged in you can change your passcode to a more memorable 6 digit number. Please note that you must keep this safe as if you forget it we will have to reset your passcode.

We also recommend that you activate your card and retrieve your PIN before you log in and change your passcode, this way you will not have to remember/use the original passcode that we issued to you.
