Receiving your card
Depending on the delivery method you have selected, you will receive your card:
- Within 1-3 working days if you selected express delivery
- Within 5-10 working days if you selected standard delivery
- Your card will be delivered on a card carrier which has some key information that will enable you to activate your card, retrieve your PIN and login to your account on secure.mytravelcash.com
- Make sure you sign the back of your card as soon as you receive it.
