User guide for cardholders

This guide has been designed to show you what to do after you have ordered your currency card as well as how to use this site to manage your card account.

Important points to remember when you order your card:

• When ordering your card, your delivery address must match your payment address
• If you already have a card then there's no need to order another one, unless you would like an extra one for a friend, family member or to use as a back up card. If you already have a card please move on to the next step
